Please note that all Quoddy footwear is "made to order", which means when you order a pair, we make it just for you. This takes a little time, normally about 4-6 weeks. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Shipping

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. International delivery is available for all orders, if you have questions please call us at 207.853.2448 or fax to 207.852.4406.

Returns

New, unworn merchandise may be returned for a refund or merchandise credit with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Please note Returns and Exchanges Procedures below.

All Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with a copy of the original invoice.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Quoddy package that appears damaged to the extent that the goods inside may be damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately by email or phone. Items purchased at Quoddy distributors may not be returned via our online store, please call if you have questions.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Quoddy by phone or email and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution.

We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides package tracking to avoid delays. Quoddy will not accept COD packages. We recommend that you insure your package appropriately.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
